At Life Pharmacy, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are usually processed the same day
- Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
- International shipping is not available at this time
- Delivery to certain remote or restricted postcodes may take longer
Delivery Options & Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may include:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

Delivery Charges

- Premium delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

- Some pharmaceutical or healthcare products may require additional verification before dispatch
- Delivery times for regulated items may vary
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- The courier may leave a calling card or contact you directly
- You may need to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photographs where possible.
