Pharmacy Medicines

Products marked with a [P] symbol are pharmacy medicines and are subject to review by a registered Life Pharmacy pharmacist.

  • Sale is subject to pharmacist approval
  • All pharmacists are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Availability & Stock Levels

  • All products are subject to availability
  • Stock levels may fluctuate throughout the day
  • If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund

Life Pharmacy reserves the right to limit quantities sold to individual customers.

Payment & Security

We accept most major credit and debit cards.

  • Payment is taken before dispatch
  • All payments are subject to validation and authorisation
  • We may share limited information (including date of birth and order value) with credit reference agencies for fraud prevention

If payment is declined, we cannot accept liability for delays or non-delivery.

Delivery & Surcharges

  • Certain regions (including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, BFPO addresses) may incur additional delivery charges
  • Delivery times are estimates only

Non-UK Orders

Supply of medicines outside the UK is at our discretion.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery to the USA or Canada due to customs and regulatory restrictions
  • Orders seized by customs are non-refundable
