Benzydamine Hydrochloride 0.15% w/v Oromucosal Spray is an anti-inflammatory treatment designed to relieve painful conditions of the mouth and throat.

It can be used to ease discomfort caused by:

• Sore throats
• Mouth ulcers
• Irritation from dental procedures
• Inflammation of the mouth or throat (e.g. pharyngitis)

The convenient spray format allows for direct application to the affected area, providing localised relief where it’s needed most.

How It Works

Benzydamine hydrochloride is a locally acting anti-inflammatory medicine. It works directly at the site of pain to reduce inflammation and help relieve discomfort in the mouth and throat.

Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12 years:

• 4 to 8 sprays every 1½ to 3 hours as required.

Children 6–12 years:

• 4 sprays every 1½ to 3 hours as required.

Children under 6 years:

• 1 spray per 4kg body weight (maximum 4 sprays) every 1½ to 3 hours as required.

Do not use for more than 7 days unless advised by a healthcare professional.
